Continue to have us attempt to resolve your
problem.
There will be no On-Site
service charge for the follow-up service,
but continued labor
charges at the standard rates will apply.
Riel Technical Support
reserves the right to default directly to Can
Not Resolve.
2. We default to Can Not Resolve
and your charges will be returned to you by
check.
