Problem Resolution Guarantee:

If we can not resolve your problem at the completion of service:
    
There will be no labor charge, no On-Site service charge, no pick-up or delivery charge.
 
Reoccurrence:

If your problem / symptoms reoccur within 60 days after our service:

    
Upon verification by  Riel Technical Support 

         
1.  That there is in fact a reoccurrence of the same problem:
          2.  That the problem is not the result of user action:

Your options are:

     1.  Continue to have us attempt to resolve your problem.

          There will be no On-Site service charge for the follow-up service,
           but continued labor charges at the standard rates will apply.

           Riel Technical Support reserves the right to default directly to Can Not Resolve.

     2.  We default to Can Not Resolve and your charges will be returned to you by check.
